1. SCOPE
1.1 Scope. This specification covers the requirements for two types of aviator's breathing
oxygen.
1.2 Classification. Oxygen is classified as the following types, as specified (see 6.2).
Type I - Gaseous
Type II - Liquid
1.3 Part or identifying number (PIN). The PINs to be used for oxygen acquired to this
specification are created as follows:

Type (see 1.2.1). Use 1 for type I; 2 for type II

2. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS
